Online Free Introductory Course on the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)

This online free course was originally developed by the United States Institute for Peace to provide training for U.S. candidates for positions with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), and its Rapid Expert Assistance and Cooperation Teams (REACT) in particular. The course includes substantial information on the OSCE's principal areas of operation, including Eastern Europe, Southeastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus.
